Michelle Sladek, OT/L
Michelle Sladek is a state and nationally licensed Occupational Therapist. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of a variety of neurological disorders and associated deficits, but can also work with pulmonary dysfunction, pain management, and upper extremity disabilities. Mrs. Sladek has worked in all areas of neurological rehabilitation, including inpatient and acute rehabilitation at BNI, outpatient rehabilitation, home care, and the day treatment programs at both the CTN and RWW.
Mrs. Sladek received her undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy at Colorado State University and completed fieldwork in pediatrics in Florida and inpatient rehabilitation in Alaska. She has a variety of continuing education experiences, particularly in neurorehabilitation and upper extremity function. She is also currently working in long term acute care hospitals throughout the Valley.
