OUR APPROACH TO NEUROREHAB SERVICES

Arizona Neurorehab has been dedicated to helping individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries discover their strengths through the support of our cognitive therapy team. Our interdisciplinary team works together to create personalized treatment plans that help each client prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment. Everyone deserves the opportunity to work when they are motivated, ready to face challenges, and committed to growth both at home and on the job. Our team is here to support you every step of the way until you are confident and ready to work independently. Through our program, sometimes we find that not everyone is ready to get a job, and that is okay! We are here to help you figure that out. 

While providing services within their respective disciplines, our therapists bring unique expertise in identifying environmental barriers that may impact a client’s success in the workplace. Our interdisciplinary team collaborates with clients during in-office sessions, out in the community, and directly at volunteer or work sites to determine the most effective accommodations needed for success on the job. 

We continually challenge our clients to meet the demands of roles that align with their abilities, and they frequently demonstrate strengths beyond what our team thought was possible!  Support from friends and family is usually associated with the best long-term outcomes, and we encourage participation.
