David G. Lamb, Ph. D., ABPP-CN
Dr. Lamb is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist who worked for over 11 years at the Center for Transitional Neurorehabilitation (CTN) at the Barrow Neurological Institute (BNI) in Phoenix. Subsequently, Dr. Lamb transitioned to an independent practice and developed his own neurorehabilitation program. As the clinical director of Arizona Neurorehabilitation, he oversees an interdisciplinary treatment team that includes seasoned professionals from the following disciplines: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work, and vocational rehabilitation.
Deborah Taylor, PT
Ms. Taylor is a state-licensed physical therapist. She has worked in rehabilitation in neurology and orthopedics. Since 1976, Ms. Taylor has been certified CEEAA (Certificate as Exercise Expert in Aging Adults) by the American Physical Therapy Association. She has worked as a clinician and has held management positions in her career. She has worked with AzN for the past few years to help individuals maintain and be prepared for a new job. She participates in providing a home exercise program in their community and pain management. She is responsible for ensuring they have good posture and body mechanics in their new positions at work. Ms.Taylor graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas in 1976. She has continued her education with various continuing education classes in both neurorehabilitation and orthopedics.
Jamie Suppanz, M.S., CCC-SLP
Ms. Suppanz is a certified speech-language pathologist. Ms. Suppanz has worked with vocational rehabilitation clients and Arizona Neurorehab since 2014. Ms. Suppanz also has a background working with adults with various cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders in inpatient rehabilitation settings.
Janet Seidl, OTR/L
Ms. Seidl is a state-licensed and nationally certified occupational therapist and a functional nutritional therapy practitioner. She has extensive experience and training in the assessment and treatment of a variety of neurological disorders and associated deficits, pain management, activities of daily living, and community reintegration.
Marcos Molinar, M.S., CRC - Director
Mr. Molinar has worked in vocational rehabilitation since 2002. He has assisted injured workers in finding alternate employment when they cannot return to their previous jobs. As a rehabilitation counselor, Mr. Molinar has maintained his Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) credential and has participated in leadership positions with the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
Brittney Kozeliski, CTRS
Brittney Kozeliski joined AzN in February of 2024 as a vocational specialist, bringing with her a strong commitment to helping individuals achieve their goals for independence and personal growth. After earning a degree in Recreation Management from Arizona State University and becoming a certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Brittney began her career in 2013 as a recreation therapist for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Over the years, she has assisted her clients in reaching meaningful milestones, including securing employment and actively engaging in their communities.
Stacey Ball, M.A
Ms. Ball joined AzN in 2023 as a transition specialist; she provides adult vocational rehabilitation case management for TBI survivors. Ms. Ball received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Arizona State University and her master's in educational administration from Grand Canyon University. She currently holds elementary teaching and administrative/principal pre-K to 6th-grade certificates (AZ). Before Riseability, Ms. Ball worked in public education in Mesa Public Schools as a teacher, instructional coach, and administrator.
Lana Sutherland, MSW
Lana Sunderland is a social worker who has served at Arizona Neuro Rehab since April 2024, with more than a decade of professional social work experience in crisis services, psychotherapy, case management, adult rehabilitative mental health services, coaching, behavioral analysis, and foster care. She received her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities and Bachelor of Social Work at Lewis-Clark State College, Coeur d’Alene, ID.
