David G. Lamb, Ph. D., ABPP-CN

Dr. Lamb is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist who worked for over 11 years at the Center for Transitional Neurorehabilitation (CTN) at the Barrow Neurological Institute (BNI) in Phoenix. Subsequently, Dr. Lamb transitioned to an independent practice and developed his own neurorehabilitation program. As the clinical director of Arizona Neurorehabilitation, he oversees an interdisciplinary treatment team that includes seasoned professionals from the following disciplines: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work, and vocational rehabilitation.

In his role as a clinical neuropsychologist, he conducts neuropsychological assessments, provides individual and group psychotherapy, and administers cognitive retraining tasks. He also assists patients in creating strategies and techniques for overcoming brain injury-related difficulties, both in the clinic and on-site at their actual places of employment.

In addition to his expertise as a clinical neuropsychologist, Dr. Lamb holds a master's degree in art therapy, allowing him to take a unique approach to mental health that utilizes artistic methods to diagnose and treat people with psychological difficulties.

After earning a B.S. in Psychology from Colorado State University, Dr. Lamb continued his education at Emporia State University (ESU) in Kansas. By the time he had completed his studies at ESU, he had obtained a second B.S. in Art and separate Master of Science degrees in both Art Therapy and Clinical Psychology. In 1992, Dr. Lamb was awarded his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Kentucky, where he took relevant coursework and received specialized clinical training in neuropsychology. He then completed his two-year postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at the BNI in Phoenix. Dr. Lamb was awarded certification in clinical neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology in August of 1999.

Dr. Lamb is a full professional member of the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology and the National Academy of Neuropsychology.

Deborah Taylor, PT

Ms. Taylor is a state-licensed physical therapist. She has worked in rehabilitation in neurology and orthopedics. Since 1976, Ms. Taylor has been certified CEEAA (Certificate as Exercise Expert in Aging Adults) by the American Physical Therapy Association. She has worked as a clinician and has held management positions in her career. She has worked with AzN for the past few years to help individuals maintain and be prepared for a new job. She participates in providing a home exercise program in their community and pain management. She is responsible for ensuring they have good posture and body mechanics in their new positions at work. Ms.Taylor graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas in 1976. She has continued her education with various continuing education classes in both neurorehabilitation and orthopedics.

Jamie Suppanz, M.S., CCC-SLP

Ms. Suppanz is a certified speech-language pathologist. Ms. Suppanz has worked with vocational rehabilitation clients and Arizona Neurorehab since 2014. Ms. Suppanz also has a background working with adults with various cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders in inpatient rehabilitation settings.

Ms. Suppanz received her undergraduate degree in audiology and speech sciences from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, where she graduated with honors. She obtained her master's degree in communication disorders from Arizona State University.

Ms. Suppanz maintains an Arizona license for speech-language pathology and has been a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association since 2003.

Janet Seidl, OTR/L

Ms. Seidl is a state-licensed and nationally certified occupational therapist and a functional nutritional therapy practitioner. She has extensive experience and training in the assessment and treatment of a variety of neurological disorders and associated deficits, pain management, activities of daily living, and community reintegration.

Ms. Seidl has worked in neurological rehabilitation for 15 years at Rehab Without Walls, treating patients while focusing on basic and instrumental activities of daily living at home and in the community, work adaptations/modifications, site job visits, and job-related preparation, skills, and tasks. She has owned her own company for 15 years that provided occupational therapy services to school districts and families all over Arizona. Ms. Seidl also completes forensic evaluations at the request of families and/or attorneys, as well as Independent Educational Evaluations at the request of school districts and/or families.

Ms. Seidl received her undergraduate degree in occupational therapy at Mount Mary College in Wisconsin. She moved to Arizona in 1997 and has never regretted the move. She and her husband have three children, all girls, who are currently in college or graduate school for physical therapy, naturopathic medicine, and education.

Ms. Seidl enjoys hiking, exercising, doing puzzles, and traveling with her husband and family.

Marcos Molinar, M.S., CRC - Director

Mr. Molinar has worked in vocational rehabilitation since 2002. He has assisted injured workers in finding alternate employment when they cannot return to their previous jobs. As a rehabilitation counselor, Mr. Molinar has maintained his Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) credential and has participated in leadership positions with the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.

He has worked with Arizona Neurorehab since 2006, assisting spinal cord and brain injury survivors to find a path to employment and then job placement. More recently, Mr. Molinar established a Pre-Employment Transition Services program working with special education students that meets a quality vendor status in Arizona. Since 2009, Mr. Molinar has continued to testify as a vocational expert witness in disability hearings and for economic damages for lost income as a result of an accident.

Brittney Kozeliski, CTRS

Brittney Kozeliski joined AzN in February of 2024 as a vocational specialist, bringing with her a strong commitment to helping individuals achieve their goals for independence and personal growth. After earning a degree in Recreation Management from Arizona State University and becoming a certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Brittney began her career in 2013 as a recreation therapist for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Over the years, she has assisted her clients in reaching meaningful milestones, including securing employment and actively engaging in their communities.

Brittney also had the privilege of working with neurorehabilitation patients at Barrow’s Neurological Rehab, where she facilitated therapeutic recreational programs as part of their rehabilitation process. Her focus has always been on building strong, trusting relationships with the individuals she works with and developing practical, achievable plans to support their vocational rehabilitation and transition needs.

Brittney is passionate about empowering individuals to succeed by creating personalized pathways that align with their unique strengths and goals. Through her work, she aims to make a meaningful difference, helping others achieve greater independence and lead more fulfilling lives.

Stacey Ball, M.A

Ms. Ball joined AzN in 2023 as a transition specialist; she provides adult vocational rehabilitation case management for TBI survivors. Ms. Ball received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Arizona State University and her master's in educational administration from Grand Canyon University. She currently holds elementary teaching and administrative/principal pre-K to 6th-grade certificates (AZ). Before Riseability, Ms. Ball worked in public education in Mesa Public Schools as a teacher, instructional coach, and administrator.

Ms. Ball is passionate about building community access and support. She works closely with clients to develop their skills, foster independence, and pursue sustainable employment. Her approach emphasizes building a strong rapport with clients and cultivating a growth mindset to promote self-efficacy.

Lana Sutherland, MSW

Lana Sunderland is a social worker who has served at Arizona Neuro Rehab since April 2024, with more than a decade of professional social work experience in crisis services, psychotherapy, case management, adult rehabilitative mental health services, coaching, behavioral analysis, and foster care. She received her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities and Bachelor of Social Work at Lewis-Clark State College, Coeur d’Alene, ID.

She has additional focused training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, person-centered care, and cultural competency psychotherapy for the American Indian Indigenous population. Furthermore, she likes to help people build skills of self-advocacy, confidence, and emotional regulation. She believes we all have our own wisdom to change our lives and reach our goals; sometimes it’s more about learning how to access it. Her interests include spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading, and cooking.
